How do I book a session?
Book directly through our website. Choose your room, date, and time, and pay online to confirm.

What is the group size?
Each room accommodates 2–8 players. Larger groups can split into two teams.

What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your session. Within 48 hours, a 50% fee applies.

Is it suitable for children?
We recommend ages 16+. Players under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How scary is it?
It's intense. You'll experience psychological thrills, dark atmosphere, and live actor scares. Terror Mode is optional.
Can I leave the room if I need to?
Yes, there are emergency exits in every room. Our staff monitors all sessions.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. The basement is cold, so bring a layer.
Can I bring my phone?
No. Phones and cameras stay in the lockers provided. You'll thank us later.
Terror Mode & replay clips

- What is Terror Mode?
- An optional upgrade that adds live scare actors to your session. You can choose the intensity level.
- How do I get my replay clips?
- After your game, we'll send you a link to download your night vision highlight reel.
- Can I add Terror Mode after booking?
- Yes. Contact us at least 24 hours before your session and we'll add it to your booking.
- Are the replay clips included in the price?
- No. Replay clips are an optional add-on available at checkout or on the night.
